Our warranty will be nullified if anyone else performs any further repairs on the device, including tempering. For repairs, we typically use Grade A parts. The waterproofness or water resistance of a device following our repair is not guaranteed. Devices that have been blocked or blacklisted are not repaired by us. Our 14-day warranty is included with every item you buy in-store. Refunds for unwanted items are not given by us. Any unwanted item may be returned for a credit note or exchanged. Only if an item is defective at the time of purchase—not due to carelessness, tampering, physical damage, or accident—can we provide a refund. A phone cannot be placed on a blacklist for any reason, including theft or unpaid bills. Before requesting an unlocking service, the customer is responsible for making sure their phone is already unlocked. Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct network name that a phone is locked to.
Customers are responsible for having the correct Apple/Google ID information and, if necessary, any additional passwords. An unlocking order cannot be canceled once it has been placed. For all of the aforementioned reasons, we are unable to provide a refund.
